Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not disclose any personal information whatsoever (solely pertaining to your full legal names), under the circumstances of contests/giveaways if the individual who is the winner is not present within the given vicinity of any Foodoofus affiliated staff to receive said prize. Further communication between Foodoofus staff or involved parties must occur and reach an official agreement (online/offline; IRL, through either verbal and/or written communication) for the transaction to be processed and finalized.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Event and Employment Guidelines

Our group is strictly, non-profit and completely voluntary therefore all costs are driven towards the experience of the attendees as well as the businesses (or organizations) who choose to participate (and/or coordinate) with us. All attendees, must RSVP either by Email (foodoofus @ gmail.com) and through the third-party affiliated social media pages (FB, Twitter and etc.) for which you discover said event in production. By providing legal first and last name. Reservation lists are closed a week before confirmed event. For privacy and safety matters we will not post list for attendees of any event. Other than your reservation and email info, your information will only be used for accuracy of tracking confirmed attendees prior to scheduled event. Lastly, I (Foodoofus) and any of our staff reserved the right, to refuse reservations or in-person attendees to schedule events if said individual has violated legal U.S. law and/or remains a safety concern for those parties of involvement.

Foodoofus.com does not discriminate on race/ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status, or age in the administration of any of its employment, event policies, recreational activities and any other related programs.
